Real or accurate Model X Canadian delivery timing

received email from Tesla indicating that they are waiting for final approvals (Canada) {ok we know this} so vehicle can go into production and they are hopeful they will start w/ signature series in May/June... followed by P90D and then 90D... good to hear from them but still nothing concrete. Anyone w/ news, post please.

Definitely Signatures VIN's ahead of regular models however due to low volumes of Canadian X orders the deliverers may happen at the same time as Tesla will group regional/ Provincial deliveries together. My guess is they will play O' Canada and roll out all the Canadian orders in a months time. I hope you get your Blue Signature ASAP, lovely color.

I was told Tesla is "still awaiting Canadian homologation before producing for the Canadian market" -- Updated 22nd April.
Actually I think there may be some truth to this. I reached out to my delivery specialist earlier this week about making a slight option change. He told me the Canadian sigs are probably coming out end of May to June. There are no more than 2 dozen of them.
Although he was not able to 100% confirm, it is believed that Canadian reservation list holders for P90D and 90D will be fully delivered by early fall. He suspects that a mid July to early August delivery of the 90D reservations is highly likely.
The Canadian Tesla site that says brand new orders of the model X will be delivered mid-July, is inaccurate and was merely copied from the US site, but it's more of an accurate timeline for Canadian reservation holders.
