any one has bad experience with Tesla Paramus NJ?
I visited there for repairing an issue( trunk hits rear bumper).
They mades damage on rear bumper, during the service.
they suggest two options.
one is touch up paint. second option is to replace damaged rear bumper that they have.( before this service, my bumper is almost brand new, there is not damage).
They are crazy.
service guys said to wait at home, his manager will call me.
But I do not get any call from them.
Do you have any idea for solving this problem?
I requested them to hold CCTV and Photo at entrance.
