Rear Bumper Damage

Hi everyone. I have a 2015 Model S in Starlight Silver metallic. While parked, someone seems to have hit it with a shopping cart or other item, causing a small chip/scrape in the paint on the rear bumper. Given the chip is on an edge (as shown in the photo), I am not sure if something like Dr. ColorChip would work. Has anyone had any experience with something like this? A month ago I had the whole bumper replaced due to a different parking lot incident and I would really prefer to avoid paying another $1000 to get it replaced.
