Rear Bumper Reflectors

Hey first post here. Just got my model 3 less than 2 weeks ago and my rear bumper reflectors were either stolen or fell off. What’s the best way to replace them?

I sent an email to Tesla but no response yet.

Picture would be helpful. If they 'fell off' they should be covered by warranty.

Was thinking that as I do some design work for AM car parts. I just had mine covered with body-colored film - gives a nice color consistency for the rear.

They are indeed LED. With the lights off...they look identical to the reflector. As a matter of fact...they are nothing more than the original reflectors with led's added.

There is an automatic bright ( brake on ) dim ( brake off ) and then totally off ( daytime ).

Taptes, eBay, Aliexpress, Alibaba, etc all carry these.

You'd need to tap into the position/brake light signal and route the wires down into the rear bumper skirt area... install might also require a bumper pull (Garlan can confirm).

There is more "red" in the reflector, but not very noticeable when they are both installed.
