Had the First Snow fall in Toronto over a week ago not even 1cm was on the car.

The Snow did not even Melt. I took it in to service and they said it is operating as expected.

They Said it is not a strong Defrost

We just had a big snow... Rear defrost got rid of the snow, but the rear window fogged up and I couldn't see through it, so I thought it hadn't gotten rid of the snow. I blasted the air and it cleared up no problem.

Not saying that's what happened to you, just sharing my rear defroster story.
