Anyone have any experience with having a rear-window defroster repaired? We just got our M3 at the end of September and haven't had to use the rear-defroster until now (and surprise!, it doesn't work)
Our main question is:
1. Is this something that your service department was able to accomplish in a day?
(I know YMMV on service)
The earliest appointment we could get was December 23 and we are wondering if this will be a quick fix or if we will be without a car for an extended period of time? (or if they will order something and tell us to come back later?)
