My doors were a little off too but the SC was able to fix it.
they didn’t give me that within specs BS!

Yep the exact same here. They actually told me to go to a body shop doh
Lol if they cannot fix my passenger rear door and tell me that it’s “within spec,” should I tell them to make the driver side stick out so both sides can match?
Rear doors on my M3 always looked like that, never bothered me (I knew they can only screw it up more) but recently I noticed rear glass was hitting the back quarter glass because the door was so out of alignment.
Mobile tech fixed the glass but said he can't do actual door alignment out here. And frankly he said if they try to align it will only make it worse..
I don't buy it, I think tesla is just lazy with this..
