Rear driver side windows stopped working

I have a 2014 Model S. Today my driver side rear window stopped working. It seems that the window has become detached from the motor/harness that raises and lowers the window. I can grab the window and move it up or down. When I moved it all the way up and then try to lower the window with the switch, the window will drop, but it isn't being controlled by the motor, it drops abruptly. When I try to manually lift it up it won't stay up, unless I use the switch to raise it up. This won't actually raise the window, but it will now stay up when I pull the window up.

Has anyone seen this before?

Yes, your rear window regulator is broken. Simplest solution is to replace it by a new or used one.

Repair is also possible but the parts are hard to get, Gruber used to sell these repair bushings but they don't sell them separate anymore unfortunately
