I would use my own insurance and have them deal with the other party. You, nor your insurance company, will be on the hook for anything including a rental car for the duration of the repair.should I contact the trucking companies insurance directly? Or see what my insurance adjuster advises?
Looks totaled to me. Used cars are not worth what they were a year ago, so if more than 3 years old it’s totaled for sure. But if not $14k won’t pay for even half the repair. Will be interesting to find out.$14,350 Not totaled.

They are just memeing given it's unlikely people can tell how much damage there is just looking at a few external pictures. Even estimators that look at the car in person can get it wrong. I would say it depends on if the rear quarters are damaged and if rear subframe is damaged. Then comes the part of how much the insurance company values the car (which also people can't tell).Looks totaled to me. Looks like the rear quarter panels are OK.My money is on totaled since you have front and rear damage. If there is any damage to the rear quarter panels then it's almost certainly totaled.
