My car was rear ended on the motorway last Sat. There was chain braking on the motorway for God knows what reason, I managed to stop without hitting car infront (very close), but got hit by the bmw behind me, he was also hit by the Vauxhall behind him, they both were damaged badly and undrivable. My car wasn't damaged as bad and was drivable.
While insurance is sorting out, I have insisted on Tesla only repair, which insurers have asked for the estimate. Any experience in dealing with their bodyworks shop in Dartford? Any pitfalls I need to be aware of when car is hit from behind, anything sensitive (and expensive to repair) which needs additional attention? Car is still under manufacturer's warranty.
