If I were you I would go to the service center in person and nicely discuss with them in person how to proceed. They should be able to put you in touch with the mothership. Perhaps others here can suggest the best phone numbers to call, but I would think an in-person visit (without your car) would be the best option.
You could also call Roadside Assistance and say your car says it can’t drive “for some reason” and see if they can look into why.
. Maybe they can reset it. You might want to make such a call while you are at the shop which has the car...so you can say you are at the car.
In any case, I think it is important to stick up for yourself here and push on some people. I honestly think the best thing right now is to get that car back in your possession - it looks perfectly fine to me - so until you find out otherwise I would pursue that hope.
Don’t worry about the repairs! That’s the easy part! You don’t have to worry about how long parts take to arrive, if you can drive your car!
