Rear license plate holder nut/post came loose

I tried to change my rear license plate holder but one of the the nuts/posts came loose. It spins freely so I can't get the screw out to remove the holder or the license plate. The car is less than two years old. Is this covered by the warranty? Should I ask for Tesla service to come out and fix it? I'm 2.5 hours away from the closest Service Center.

I had a mechanic take care of it for me. They said they removed the license plate bracket from inside the lift gate. If the threads are stripped (likely) then you will need to get a new bracket (eventually). Here is a video that includes instructions on how to get inside the lift gate:

AFAIK, you will need to order the bracket from Tesla. I haven't replaced mine yet so I will have to get inside the lift gate at least one more time.
