Rear Middle Seat Buckle - Cushion Removal?

When our car was tinted it appears that they must have removed the rear seat cushions because now the middle seat buckle is no where to be found.
Has anyone found a way to remove the rear cushion in order to access the now underlying buckle? Ideally this would be a simple "fix" that I could do at home, but I could not find any instructional videos or posts about other people having done the same.

Not exactly sure why tinting would require removing seat cushions. Seems like a bizarre thing. Anyway, can't you just dig your hand down between the cushions and the backs and trying fishing for it?

I am not sure either but it is a narrow opening since two buckles are supposed to come through and I can't even feel what I would think would be the other buckle down there.
