Similar topics out there but this one is very specific to my experience post car wash. My door thinks it’s open so my window keeps going up and down sporadically as I drive. The door thinks it’s open and I can’t lock my car. Hopefully I can walk into to a service center with an issue like this. Don’t really expect to get it back for a while cause Tesla Service is always overwhelmed. Just seeing if anyone else has had this issue? Most likely and electrical issue, car is less than 3 months old.

You are probably right, electrical. Hopefully it's just the door panel assembly, which contains the door open button, and can be quickly swapped out if needed or just checked for a loose connection. If that doesn't fix it, the next step would be to check the wiring harness which is a bigger job.
