Rear quater panel accident

I agee with the above opinion. But, if the other guy is at fault and if he is insured (as he should be) then think about taking it to a Tesla authorized collision center. They are more likely to install a new panel rather than fix up the old one. The down side of that is that it will probably take longer.
was your panel dented as well? Its tough to see in the picture but there's a couple of those too...
I went through Commerce here in MA and they had an "EZ Car Program" with a Tesla authorized center but its odd that MA has no official Tesla Body Shops its all the way in Warwick, RI

Damage like that on a Model S cost about $10.5K to fix, about 3.5 years ago. In my case, the QP was cut off and replaced (it was a little more "crunched" than yours but still fully driveable.)
If the Model 3's QPs are steel rather than aluminum, it can likely be fixed. Getting it repaired might mean less DV on your car, though it will still have a collision on its "wreckord" (CarFax, etc.)

There are actually about 6 Tesla Authorized collision centers in MA. When my car was hit, I went to the Tesla store in Dedham and they gave me a list of them. I chose Wagner Collision Center in Worcester, mainly because it was closest to my house (but still 74 miles away). There are several much closer to Boston. I also have Commerce Insurance as did the friend who backed into my car, so at least there were no squabbles between insurance companies that I would have had to deal with otherwise. My car went in the shop on 11/1 and just last week they told me I "should" have it back at the end of this week. That will be 47 days in the shop, but most of that time has been waiting on parts from Tesla. Parts were ordered on 11/11. The collision center didn't receive any of them until 11/24 and the last of them came in on 12/8.

I went to George and Ken in Needham, guy told me I can leave it on January 3rd and it should be done by Friday, he also said he's seen worse damage and they repaired it without taking out the whole QP

Among the major parts replaced: frunk hood, front latch assembly, left front quarter panel, entire front bumper, crush cans behind bumper, left front headlight assembly. The estimate from Commerce was about $3300. The initial estimate from Wagner Collision was about $8250, but that didn't include the headlight assembly or the left front quarter panel, so I'm guessing it will come to at least $10,000 when done. here's a copy of the initial parts order that Tesla sent me a copy of:
