Just took the delivery. One issue is the rear screen seems to be locked while driving but rear screen lock is not engaged in settings. I could still scroll left and right on the rear screen. But unable to click and run any apps like YouTube. The technician said it’s supposed to work. Anyone experienced the same issue? I’ll try to upgrade the latest software. Is there a hard reset option in Model X?
