Rear seat back material ripped by seat belt latch cover when down - Service Center says not covered car 10 months old

April 2022 Model Y UK
Issue :

Transported 15 flattened cardboard boxes in the trunk with the back seats lowered for 3 miles to the recycling center.

Then repositioned the back rests ...yikes I found this indentation and rip from where the seat belt hole cover has perforated the vegan leather.

The amount of pressure on the seat from what I had in the back can only have been 15 pounds at most.

I booked a service appointment and sent pics (below) explaining that this is an installation fault which has permanently stretched & ripped the leather seats as the seat back leather presses into the seat belt cover.

The SC said bring it in we will have a look but seats are not covered under warrant and we have not seen this before.

I'm planning on taking it in in Thursday 9th Feb to show them and will escale the matter if they don’t do something to replace the seat back and adjust the protruding seat belt cover surround to eliminate potential for any further damage.

Has anyone else seen this ?
Does anyone have any better ideas ?

Is this the 3rd row of 7 seater version?
Mine has same issue but not torn yet just indented where the seatbelt buckle lay when folded. I just took delivery this past weekend.
Best solution I could find was to move the buckle to top of seat before folding it down, when folded the buckle has enough space and doest touch the back of 2nd row seats.
What did SC say when you brought it in?
