Rear Seats (subframe?) squeaks - unbearable

Hey guys,
I've been to the service center once, they tried several things which solved the issue for 10 minutes and it came back.

Eventually now i feel the noise got even stronger... Attaching a vid.

In my honest opinion this is related to the rear subfrane (metal squeak not plastic) and the sc wants to avoid replacing it.

WDYT? I scheduled another sc meeting anf i wanr to come prepared, the noise feels like im driving a 50 year old car.

Why don't they want to fix it? My SC found an issue with the subframe and dealt with it right away.
