i was having problems with rear speakers cutting out. No sub sounds and possibly even door speakers affected. Very random but resetting computer always fixed it. Tech came to house and fixed the problem. It’s an easy DIY fix as it turns out, anyone could fix it 5 minutes. The ground wire from the rear amp is bolted down to a threaded post. The nut that holds it was loose. Since tightening it no problems.
