Rear wheel spacers

To really get a more flush look with the stock wheels you would need to go with a spacer so large (15mm to 20mm spacer) that it will make balancing the wheel mounting more difficult. It would also reduce the amount of turns you can get on the stock studs. I would recommend against putting in spacers to pushe the wheel out more and suggest going to the aftermarket for wheels that are wider and or lower offset.
 
You can never get the proper torque on the wheels when using spacers. They also have a disturbing tendency to allow the tire and wheel assembly to leave the vehicle when cornering. Get proper wheels.
