Reasons why Tesla is better than basic electric car

Tell me reasons why Tesla is better than other electric cars.
Depends entirely on your requirements. There is no perfect car. But in general: supercharger network, long range, continually updated software, best autopilot, destination charger network.

For quick trips around town our i3 is much more practical (and fun) than our Tesla P85DL for a number of reasons. The answer depends on your use case.

On one of the local Facebook groups, a member posted asking for inputs what makes the model 3 the best car so to help sell the idea to the neighbor I believe. I find this to be an odd approach to car buying. I feel car buying like most things in life is subjective. You can make up a huge list of pros and cons of ownership of a Tesla but the individual would need to prioritize what is important to them. Personally, I was introduced to a Tesla way back. Probably was looking at one in 2012 or when the Model S was designed. I didn't buy the car because it was electric. Hell, if it ran off of prune juice, I'd probably still buy one. It's the most highly technology advance vehicle that will ever exist. After owning the Model S and now the X, I am well pleased with my decision of ownership. I never considered any other type of electric for that's not what interested me. It was all about the Tesla.
