Not from Seattle, but the work is done by electricians. Tesla has a list, HomeAdvisor, etc.

I live in South Florida. My panel aligns perfectly with the charge port so it was a very simple installation. I was charged $260 for a 2-hour installation. I'm can now charge at 33 MPH.

Seattle has a high cost of living. In such areas it can be close to impossible to get the prices down.

What were you expecting to pay and what quotes are you getting?

In Minneapolis I paid $1000 get get 60 feet wire pulled from my basement to my garage and install a charger. My other quotes were between $155 to $2500.

The guys are currently installing my charger as I type, in Los Angeles. The box is on the other side of the house, and they need to do a bit of rearranging to get an open circuit on my box, total is about $1200.
