Received a text to schedule delivery … but only schedule app shows they will do home delivery?

I thought it is very odd that they only give me a choice for home delivery while accessing the online delivery scheduler. I don’t feel any comfortable at all to do home delivery. Plus I will not be able to wire the loan finance to Tesla since my bank only issues the loan in check to me.

I plan to talk to my SA tomorrow morning. However, has anyone been thru this similar issue? I live in OC and the closest delivery center is in Irvine/Tustin. What weird is when I placed the order, it said the car would be picked up at the Irvine/Tustin delivery center.

I have none to give you, other than to contact tesla during working hours and asking them. I have no knowledge around home delivery, and I dont work for tesla.

@theocguy I'm in the same position with home delivery on this Sunday 11/6/22, Tesla told me I can give the check to the driver. How did your delivery go?

It went fine. I brought 2 cashiers checks with me. I went to the delivery center to pick up the car.

Oh!? You didn't have it delivered at home? Well, cool. Ya, I'm getting home delivery (no choice), so was looking for feed back on that front.

Hello, were you able to inspect the car before accepting it? My M3SR is available for pick up but they want to to wire the money first..
