Received check from Tesla with no explanation!

Shot in the dark, maybe it's a partial reimbursement for any unused free supercharger miles that they recently expired for a lot of cars at the end of June? I had over 2000 left on my M3 and got a refund of 68.27.

That's about half the price of what I would pay at the supercharger for those 2000 miles of range.
 
I also just received a check from Tesla with no explanation today. It was for $135.42.

I had free unlimited supercharging in my previous Model 3 and I already used up all of my free miles in my new Model 3, so I don't know why I got this.
I see that you are in California. Do you have Tesla insurance? Could these recent checks be for a Covid insurance rebate that a lot of insurance companies are issuing?

Note that my response relates to recent checks, not the earlier checks in this thread from 2018.
