I did. EDD changed this am. Then at 1:15 est text saying vin has been assigned and go to app to complete steps.

Confirmed pickup delayed. Vehicle is in Chicago and with the weather in the Midwest they don’t expect until the 8th with pickup the 9th or 10th.

So original pickup 2/1. Tesla delayed to 2/3. Now Tesla / weather delayed to 2/9 or 2/10.

So I assume you will accept delivery rather than wait for Austin? Its not even clear to me if Austin is making MYP or not....

I'm taking delivery. If a few months down the road there is a good enough reason to upgrade, I'll just sell my car.

I was thinking the same thing if I get a MYP from Freemont next month. I've already got replacement wheels that I may or may not even stick on right away.

My only concern, and its a big one, is that I've heard of Tesla cancelling orders of people who just bought a car, in an attempt to prevent people from flipping them for a profit.

When I say "a few months" I mean like next year. I don't think that would qualify as flipping lol

Haha, indeed, indeed. Yeah, if I did sell I'd at least wait til I was almost guaranteed to be a 2023 (better resale even if the car is the same), which I would imagine mean no earlier than November/December anyway.

Opened my app this morning and VIN NF373xx is there, new EDD: 2/14-18. No email, no text, no call. Assuming the schedule delivery text will come soon but that’s weird.

Our OKC SA called and manually scheduled delivery over the phone, set to pickup in KC on 2/18. Car is scheduled to arrive in KC on 2/14.

I asked whether or not KC gets PPF/Mudflaps, he said since I asked he’d flag my account to have them ordered and installed in OKC. A little weird but I’ll take it.

I have the same spec car and picking up in Blue Ash (live in Lexington, KY). I believe mine will be towards the end of March or early April.

I don't get how you are 2/13-3/13 with a 9/29 order date and i ordered 12/5 and now got pushed up to 2/15-2/26 (am on east coast). That boggles the mind.

Maybe he has a Long range order and he is just in the wrong thread

Delivered today. Just one anomoly,, a chip on the spoiler. Having mobile service come out to replace it.

Got a few mods done.
Moved my old homelink over. (Being activated on the 10th)

Added a lot of rpm tesla mods for quietness

And tomorrow morning it goes in for ppf.

I know the 4680s are nearby but who cares this car is great lol

Yup there is another thread here where a guy’s order got cancelled because he sold his MY 5 seat to go for mY 7 seat config. Poor guy had legitimate reason and long term Tesla owner but still got punished

I checked the app today and the EDD went from 2/16-3/16 to 2/13-2/22. I’ma about ready to jump on the account and see if my vision documents are there. Ohh happy days.
