Mine was idle from 7/24 stating that my EDD was 8/8 - 8/28

This morning I got 8/3 - 8/21

Looked and date slipped this morning, just a couple days but seems to line up with everyone else here. Talked to my SA yesterday again and he said I was looking like "anywhere from the middle of August to the last week in September," which is also not encouraging considering my EDD online says 9/1. Oh well.

Ordered my MSM MYP, no tow hitch, on 7/25/21.
Original EDD: 9/2 - 9/30
Updated 7/29: 8/30 - 9/17
Updated 8/1: 8/23 - 9/12

Original EDD: 8/27-9/16 a couple of days after order placement.
Updated EDD on 8/1: 8/21-9/10

Your Order date is later than mine and you are seeing EDDs and I do not have EDD. Not sure what's the criteria.

I’d give Tesla a call about the paperwork stuff, a local dealership if you can. Aside from that though, with a 7/25 order date you should probably be prepared to be waiting until September. If you ordered Long Range, late September probably.

I emailed my representative on Wensday and Friday with no response. Kinda disappointed I can’t call them or something. I thought it will come in late November because the Tesla website says if you order a Model Y now then you’ll get it in december

Oh - the agreements don’t come until you are assigned a VIN and schedule delivery. It’s one of the last things that happens.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. That helps out a lot, I was getting nervous. Hopefully I get assigned a VIN within a month. Hopefully metallic gray model y isn’t too popular I don’t see many on the road. I mostly see white, blue, and black Teslas.

Well it depends on what the estimate was at the time you ordered. I could be wrong about what it was on the 25th. But yeah, what it says on the website today is what the estimated delivery would be if you ordered it today.

You should see your EDD on your Tesla account page. Click on your car RN****** number.
