With the disappearing VINs of some SoCal orders and Bay Area VINs that have yet to be scheduled for delivery, I wonder if Tesla is running into any late game hiccups.

Maybe they suddenly figured out not enough trucks even to transport to socal
And they are refreshing the optimization on the local delivery

Yup, and it seems like Tesla is doing better than most. Some of my family has had hell trying to get Fords this last year

Yeah I'm thinking something like that or that they weren't able to complete units that were missing some spare parts in time for EOQ

Same boat as you. Vin received on Friday and got pushed to 09/29 - 09/30 yesterday night

Tesla is certainly urgent for getting these deliveries completed, after I took 3 minutes too long scheduling delivery through the link, they called me and then sent a follow up text offering pickup today.

Won't be back until tomorrow night so fortunately I was able to schedule normal pickup on Wednesday in Corte Madera. Anyone else picking up here? I don't think I've seen anyone mention it

whats the big deal with PPF on tesla's? ive never heard of PPF till i owned tesla's. real question!

its well worth it. I have had PPF on my car since 11 years ago ... on my MDX, S2000, 86 .. the front PPF saved my bumper and hood from rock chips, you can clearly see from my 10 years long PPF on my MDX lol

i was debating the same but ending up keep with home delivery ... save the hassle. but then they are late, suppose to be dropped off before 8am per appointment, but I am not seeing my car yet at 10am at the moment ... =(

Depends on the manufactured date, not delivery date.
