Interesting. I might see if I can change to pickup at SC if I can have it earlier. I’d hate for the delivery person to scratch up my rims delivering curbside in my neighborhood. The wait is gonna kill me, forget what I said about sleep in earlier posts.
Just got VIN! OD: 10/15, EDD now 12/7-12/13. In Arizona. Woohoo!
I traded text messages with my SA today, and he said it’s possible I could be assigned a VIN the day after I release my hold. He said “we’ve delivered 50-100 cars per day to the warehouses.” Warehouses?
GOT a VIN today around 3:30pm... OD 9/22 Delivering to Palm Springs, CA Pickup date 12/9 10AM!!!

Just took delivery at Rocklin. Car came with all seasons tires and usbs were all working. Love the car so far!
What’s the last 6 of your VIN? X out the last 2-3 digits for anonymity. Trying to get a sense of when they switched to A/S so I know if my assigned VIN will have them or not.
Mine is 3265xx.

Interesting.. I was under the impression that they just deliver without checking the cars haha. My Y LR delivered in July this year came with 2 noticeable dings on the body. I accepted the delivery as my wife needed a car at the time, but had to send it in for service, then they had to send it to a body shop to fix/paint. Took about 3 weeks in total.
I hope there's nothing wrong with your car, and they are just making up an excuse to buy some time
That sort of what happened to me except they didn’t even tell me, just removed it off my account. It Needed to be in the “body shop” after I chased them. A couple days later, it didn’t work out and then ended up cancelling my first car entirely two weeks ago.
I still don’t have a car
