Owned the Model 3 since April 2018 - over 18,000 miles now. No problems to date, never had to take to service yet.
The problem suddenly started a couple of weeks ago - the car computer will not download any recent call history. We have two iPhones connected to the car, the problem is occurring with both. No issues with any other functions, music plays fine, phone calls work fine as well if we call using contacts on the phone or the dial pad on the screen. But the car computer will not download the call history and doesn't display any contacts from the phones.
We can the new software update last week, but this problem started before the software update.
The iPhone software also updated a couple of weeks ago, maybe that caused the issue.
I searched the topic on the forums, but got no hits.
So, any fixes that can be tried?
