We just got home from a 5 week 5900km road trip around NZ (nearly all on the South Island). What a great trip in an EV. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and really sorry to end the trip.
But with all the gravel and dirt roads we went on the car needs a good detail in and out. Anyone have a recommendation in Auckland? There are a lot of smashed bug stains and bits of road seal, etc. Not looking for coating or film. Just a really nice high quality detail.
And wouldn't you know it... on the last day a truck kicked up a rock and we got a chip in the windscreen. It's low and not visible from inside but I'm afraid it will grow. Has anyone had a chip repair rather than replacement done? Again, any recommendations?
