As many of you know, my poor frunk got nailed by a falling shingle in February. And now that I’ve finally got roof replaced and PV panels working, it’s time to get my poor car back in showing shape.
I *think* it can probably be buffed out (but those of you who have seen it, feel free to disagree), and am hoping to take it somewhere near me (I searched for older recommendations in this forum, and on Yelp, and most of the ones I see are far west of me, which is a rush-hour no-no).
Any recommendations? I have one estimate (over $1,000
), and another estimate for +/-550 (that includes buffing it out and full detail) but no openings until October (good news, it’s because they’re booked solid with M3s).
Near Alexandria preferred. And yes, I checked yelp, but no easy way to see if they do aluminum, get good cars looking awesome or just camouflage beater fender benders, ...
