Recommendation Needed: Electrician in Cambridge/Kitchener

I've just firmed up a house purchase in Cambridge and I am now looking for a recommendation. I'm going to get a HPWC but first the panel needs to be upgraded to 200 AMPs (the home inspector said the house already had 200 AMP service). Could someone please recommend an electrician who can do both?

We are also based in Cambridge. We talked with multiple contractors, but ultimately decided on Vigor Clean Tech (Vigor Clean Tech - Net Metering, FIT and Off Grid Solar Solutions). They will be upgrading our service, panel and installing the HPWC.

Biggest challenge with the service upgrade has been coordinating dates with ESA and Energy+. Apparently there was some difficulty verifying the lines running into my house... even though meter says 200amp.
