I have a year+ wait till delivery of my model 3, my first EV. I'd love to hear any recommendations on biding my time in the process. I listen to a couple tesla podcasts and frequently check a couple EV websites and i also enjoyed the elon musk biography. I'd love to hear what you guys do and any other rec's to distract, entertain, and educate myself.
    Thanks!

    1. Clean your garage.
    2. Get 50 amp circuit installed in garage.
    3. Read everything on TMC
    4. Read everything on Teslatap.com
    5. Read everthing on forums.tesla.com

That will certainly tide you over long past your vehicle arrives.

Buy a 2017 Nissan Leaf for roughly $13k if your state has $13k+ in rebates

Easy. Total it before 3 comes and insurance will pay out closer to sticker and you will pocket about $10,000.

This is a complete joke. Don't ban me. I'm just kidding.

getting a leaf with all those rebates then reselling it for a profit would be nice, but too risky and too much work to deal with
