Recommendations for Model 3 bodywork repair Norwich, Norfolk area

I have a Tesla Model 3 2021 LR and somebody clipped my drivers side front end with their bike today. I'm looking for somewhere to take it in the Norwich, Norfolk area. If anyone has had any work done on their Tesla and could reccomend them I would be very greatful. I have looked on the Tesla website and they have Pronto Care listed, as they have a site in Norwich this was going to be my first port of call however I thought I would check with other people first.

I have attached two photos of the damage, if anyone has had any similar repairs done to theirs before please let me know roughly how much you think its going to cost.

Many thanks.

If the scratch disappears when covered/sprayed with water then it's just in the clear-coat layer and should be possible to polish out fairly easily. I had one on my own from some mysterious cause that was deeper so used the wet fine grit sandpaper approach before polishing, but certainly look that up in detail before attempting any such thing yourself. Mine worked out fine (7,000 grit, 5,000 grit, then 3,000 grit), see YouTube for guidance if braving that option.

From your second photo it does look deep and the sort of thing a specialist may be needed for to ensure a decent blend. Tesla Dartford have body shop capability and reasonable prices if you visit that area (or book Tesla Service for it I suspect), around £135 from memory for that particular panel (may have changed since).

Do take it along for an estimate at Pronto Care (they should offer a panel strip and re-spray), will be interesting to hear what they're like.

Yeah its deeper than it looks on the photo, I've sent an email over to Pronto with the photos and Ill see what they say. I was expecting around £100-250 from what I've seen online. I will report back here when its all it repaired with more detail. Thank you for your advice.

They charged £195. There was a big scuff on the near side and another in the middle
Thanks for the info mate, they rang me up the day after I sumbited my information on their website and quoted me £185, so far no one else has come back so going to chase the other companies up, but Revive is looking like a winner so far.
I trust my MS to Bidwell Max and Sons. Body Repair, Rackheath.
Thanks, will look them up.
