I've been using what the owner's manual says ever since getting my car back in Sept, a damn microfiber cloth. It's kept the seats looking great.
Otherwise, I would not use leather conditioner/cleaner for synthetic leather at all. Just something like Formula 303 if you really want to use a chemical on there.
Cockpit Premium is a great spray. Highly recommend it. It's not shiny, so it leaves everything matte and doesn't smear. Cleans the vegan leather well, the center console pieces, and the fabric headliner too.

I used a diluted APC, then wiped with RO water to remove light staining. Then I used gyeon leather shield. Ever since I just use a damp cloth to clean them.
I use 303 on the dash and door panels though. Good stuff!
