Recommendations in Raleigh for Opticoat/Tinting

Any thoughts on whether paint protection would do anything to bring a Pearl White car with front fender replacement (painted by body shop) more to exact match. It is close but not exact at this point.
I don’t know the answer to your question, but I suggest posting your question in the Model S Interior & Exterior Forum (more likely to get a response).

Clay does amazing work in Raleigh: Before & After Detailing He did the Opticoat Plus on my red S in March of 2015 and it still looks great! If he doesn't do tinting, I bet he knows someone who does

I just went through this same exercise with my 2017 S75D, and found some vendors I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
For anything related to Opticoat or detailing, check in with Brandon at Liquid Finish - Triangle Paint Correction & Paint Coating Specialist. He's a one man show in Cary, but does impeccable work. I had him detail my roadster before selling it, and then had him prep and OptiCoat Pro my new Model S right after delivery. He finds and corrects all of the little Tesla paint blemishes before doing the coating.
For my 3M paint protection film and tint, I used Custom Tint in Apex.

They're a husband and wife team and do great work, plus they're like three blocks from my house so it was super convenient.
Both of these vendors have done LOTS of work on Teslas and are very familiar with them them. Both are also very responsive on Facebook Messenger if you want to chat with them beforehand about pricing, etc.
