Recommendations on Southern California Tesla Certified Body shops please

Hi everyone... Unfortunately I scraped the right side of my Tesla because of a malfunctioning gate (into my community). Hopefully I won't be found to be at fault for the damage. Anyways, I am looking for a good southern California-area Tesla-certified body shop. I have gone to European Motors Carworks in Santa Ana but they say there is a 2 month wait just to get a repair appointment. I have consulted paintless dent repair specialists (including Rich from Auto Recon Express in Irvine) but they say they can't fix the dent because of the location. I have State Farm insurance by the way. Anyone have any recommendations based on personal experience for good Tesla-certified body shops in Southern California with a shorter wait time than 2 months? Thanks in advance for your help with this.

Call every service center in the area for recommendations.

Van Nuys
Torrance
Costa Mesa
Buena Park
Centinela

Then call/visit those recommended shops, evaluate their Yelp and other feedback, and see what your short list looks like.

You want a comprehensive approach - start with that.

Thanks for the advice. I did find a list on of Certified Repair Shops in the Tesla website. I am going to start by checking BBB and Yelp reviews and go from there.

The very best is Dave Freed at Premier Motorsport. He makes Ferraris and Lambos look better than they came from the factory - I do not know if he works on any production cars these days. Also try Gary Kawakami at Ultimate Coachworks.

I recommend Gary Kawakami (10429 Washington Blvd. Culver City, CA 90232 ph: 310-559-1562 - ULTIMATE COACHWORKS INC. - Home) also.

I drove up to the Supercharger too fast scrapped the bottom of the bumper and made a small dent near the middle.

They also polished up my car after.

I used Pride Auto Body, they replaced a few panels on my X. The one on Oxnard in Van Nuys is the one taking care of Teslas.
My experience with them was pretty good, they even redid my chrome blackout on the part they had to change.
