Anxious, expecting MS owner to be. Due date Oct.
I've seen several threads on third party apps. I have some already. What are your thoughts, experiences on the best to have?
    Thanks

Remote S - is definitely the best of the lot. Might be iOS only though.
Remote S: Tesla app for Apple Watch, iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch

Not necessarily an app, but a web-app. I personally really like teslalog.com, as a way of keeping track of mileage that I claim for work, and miscellaneous controls and information.

I'm curious about this subject too. What about VisibleTesla? How does that compare? I'm going to have to check them all out once I get my car in a few weeks.

VisibleTesla was the go to app for owners who wanted time control and logging. Unfortunately, it has not been supported for about a year and a few gremlins are emerging.

www.teslalog.com is still actively supported and does many of the same things though it's a cloud service rather than running locally on your PC.

Remote S is expensive! $9.99! Wow! What other apps can do those types of things for free?

The Tesla app is free and can do some of these things but Remote S has precision and does more. It also has Apple Watch integration which isn't important to me but is to some people. I think it's definitely worth ten bucks!

I love TeslaLog and use it in road trips, but for day 2 day recordings TeslaFi is also good. It's an web app. It doesn't support metric units yet.

I just wish there was a way to test it out to know before spending the money.

Check the screenshots in the App Store. If you buy it and are not happy Apple will refund you the money. The only thing that doesn't work for me recently is using this app for Summon but I know Allen is working on that.
