Except that I ordered 3 years ago, have a low reservation number, confirmed immediately (12/1), and my car hasn't even started to be built yet. But, in Tesla's defense, they made it clear that P90Ds would receive priority, and I ordered a 90D. If I had spent $20,000 more, I would have my car now. But, I'm actually glad that I have to wait another 4-6 weeks, so that all these early problems get ironed out before my car gets built.

I see your frustration and would be upset as well. BUT, at least when you were configuring the car, you knew what you were getting into. But when you were giving your $5k deposit, they should have said something like Performance models would be given priority first, maybe you would have kept your money and waited... or at least you would have been prepared vs feeling misled and had your $$$ locked up for years with nothing to show for it.
