.... you have to remove the rotor to remove the calipers... so the calipers are now back on, but without the rotor?

You should be able to remove the calipers without removing the rotors.

Sorry, I meant you can't put the rotor on with the calipers in the way.

How do you get the the Tesla letters so white? do you paint after the red w/a stencil?
