Red paint issues/defects even in July 2020 Build

Hi all, this is my 3rd Tesla and am still running into issues even with a July 2020 build M3P. There are these little dots all over the car under the clearcoat (likely large dust particles during original spray). I even have a "smudge" on the hood. I've brought it into Tesla Service and the only solution is to respray the affected parts at a local body shop. I'm weary of aftermarket paint and believe in the age old saying that factory paint is best but in this case I don't know what else to do. I've been basically given the ultimatum of a re-paint or live with the defects.

Has anyone gone through this with Tesla? I'd really like some advice as I don't want to have paint that doesn't match the rest of the car or possibly other issues like obvious signs of respray and lose resale value due to having over half the car repainted within 2 weeks of ownership (Just over the 7 day return period after sales convinced me that service would handle it to my satisfaction but now I realize I should have just moved on and returned it).

On a side note, some other issues I've had to schedule with service is a creaking in the car during accel/decel and my seat squeaking loudly when moving backwards or forwards... Not a great start to my 3rd Tesla experience and I'm starting to question returning to the brand after loads of issues on my prior P85.

Damn, should have rejected that. The local body shop might do a better job painting tbh.

@uisynot how was this resolved, im in a very simialr position with the red paint - i've paid £2K more for paint, and its a poor job! Cliff.

I had re-painted my car by Tesla paintshop. so far I am happy with it.
