Redirect Browser to private IP range

Tesla's browser nor the "YouTube Fullscreen hack" does not open private IPs (rfc 1918). Does anyone have a workaround without using a VPN?

Use case

• Using the built in Tesla display as an extended display to a MacBook (Deskreen + BetterDummy)
• I have a web server running on my MacBook that I want the Tesla Browser to connect to.
• I use an android phone to create a hotspot (which creates a 192.168.x.x Subnet, not configurable) with the Tesla and MacBook in it.
