REDUCED! 2008 Tesla Roadster #116 - Black with Red Accent painting! 6K miles... Looks like the same car to me. That is a unique paint job.
Shift auto has it. It was traded in for a sport. Car is awesome and got me lots of lookers and talkers. I think they are selling it for 65k which is not bad considering the miles and roadster upgrade 3.0 is about to drop.
Roadster #116 is back on the market again: Tesla Roadster Base Convertible 2 Door | eBay Strange, because it was just sold in March in Texas.
It appears that Shift is listing it on eBay. So maybe the March sale fell through. Personally I think the $65K price is a bit high for a 1.5 even for a low mileage Roadster. I paid $60K for my 1.5 with 12K miles last year. I do not think that the availability later this year (I hope) of the 3.0 upgrade has boosted Roadster values, but I hope it will keep values from declining in the future.
All that carbon fiber should life the value some, but that paint job. That's going to take a very specific buyer.
This car is back on eBay: Tesla Roadster Base Convertible 2 Door | eBay I personally dislike that custom paint scheme. If it worked for the original owner, though, then great. I'm sure it was enjoyed and appreciated. However, for resale they should repaint to stock and build the cost into the sales price. The rest of the car looks great.
