Just got my referral award notice for the 22" Turbines in either color option of Black or Silver. I already have a set on my X so don't need this one and thus letting them go.
Anyway, the wheels will be delivered to the service center of your choice. You simply bring your car there and Tesla will mount and balance the tires and install the wheels on your car for free.
I live in SoCal so any service centers around me should be fine. For any out of CA buyers, before payment, I will confirm with your service center of choice that everything will be kosher.
