Referral credit gone

    I must have missed something, when I go to mytesla the referral money does not show. I specifically asked the service center if it carried over to 2017 and they said yes. Never received any info from Tesla that I would lose it.

    When you still had the credit, in the MyTesla page, you would have seen a notice that the referral credits expired at the end of 2016. You are not the only one unfortunate enough to have not noticed this. Sorry about that. We talked about it over here....

    Initial $1,000 referral expired?

    Will that is poor communication do not remember seeing that expiration date and since the service center said it carried over I do not log in to mytesla on a weekly basis. Maybe an email would have been nice.
