Referral - How much time before displayed

How much time should it take before I can see someone that ordered with my referral code?

it shows up when they place the order but there is another section after they take delivery that wont show up until they take delivery of the actual car

I'd have the person who used your code to contact their sales advisor/owner advisor to add it to their order. I'm fairly certain that most will add it after the initial order if it was a mistake.

Either that or welcome to the “code swapped” club. I suspect I had at least one of my referrals swapped by an OA....

Most of referrals reflected instantly, one took about an hr from order to having it reflected on my acct.
