Referral kms kick in after free year of supercharging?

A colleague bought a Y last December and got a free years worth of supercharging as a last quarter incentive.
I referred her so we also both got the 1500 supercharging bonus to use in 6 months. She is coming to the end of her free year and asked me if I knew if her 1500 will kick in after that. It is not apparent from her app. Does anyone have experience with this scenario?

Usually the kms are applied upon delivery. Where she got free for a year that probably overrode it, but that’s me guessing.
