I took delivery of my Model 3 on 04 May 2019. When I ordered on the Canadian website, I tried to use my son-in law's referral code, but it kept bouncing me to the US website. I eventually ordered without using the referral code on-line and my order specialist said she would put the code in manually. Neither I nor my son-in-law are showing the referral bonus supercharging credits in our loot boxes, and my order/delivery specialist is no longer answering my inquiries. Any idea who to contact about getting this resolved?
