Referral supercharging: order date or delivery date?

I used a referral code thinking I would get 7,500km free supercharging, but the app says I only get 1,500. Any other new owners seeing this? What gives?

I always thought it was order date. Have like 6 people who ordered in May and they all think they’ll get 5k miles (7500km). They (and I) will be pissed if that’s not the case

as far as i know it's determined bij order date, not delivery. contact your sales rep or support

Seems random. I had one order in April, delivery in May, we got 5k. I had another order in May delivery in May, we got 1k...

It should be by order date

I chatted in and the agent said it should be by order date. The referral rewards team handles this, so I expect an email response in 6 months.

Yes, it's by order date.

I referred a friend who ordered in May and took delivery in June (2 days ago) -- I got only 1000 miles at first. I wrote to Tesla (email) and they haven't replied to my email yet, but today I see 5000 miles in my account. My friend's account also went from 1500km to 7500km today.

I ordered my SR+ on 5/22 and took delivery on 5/31. On the day I picked up the car 1,000 miles appeared in my loot box. I'd been promised 5,000 by the salesperson but wasn't too worried about it since they expire in 6 months anyway.

Just checked today and there are now 5,000 miles in my loot box.
