Refferal SuperCharging Credits - BC

I was under the impression that the only last for 6 months. However, 8 monhs has passed and mine still says 1500km?!

per the white papers, the "current" phase (October 1st 2019 and on) should exire in 6 months. However, there was no mention on what happens to previous phases. Old youtube video/forum seems to mention 6 months as well.

Does this happen to everyone else?
Few possibilities that I can think of:

1) They just forgot about it (kinda like how some SR+ gets premium interior features, etc)
2) They extended it to 1 year, maybe
3) The timer doesn't start till you use your first mile?

In an unlikely event of #3 being true, should I not use any of the credits until I can go on long trips?

Was told verbally that the credits would expire in 6 months when I received car May 2019. I have never seen anything in writing to that effect and now 9 months later still have a few remaining. For a few weeks in the summer 2019 the BC gov. Had Tesla suspend the program after which my credits were reloaded back to the original 7500.

On your phone app top right corner will be a "loot box" icon if you have any free miles (KM's).

Also forgot to mention, once you have logged on to your Tesla account page top right under history is a list of all supercharging you have done. Click on the most recent supercharge and you will see remaining credit in kWh's.

If you can, charge at home, using the superchargers here in BC is about 4 times the price.

My daily commute is fairly low on weekdays and almost non-existent on weekends. So, a simple wall outlet suffices for me
